Full-process quality control
Incoming Inspection（IQC）
All incoming materials undergo strict inspection – including composition, dimension, and surface quality – before storage. Non-conforming items are rejected without exception.
In-process Inspection（IPQC）
Our IPQC team performs regular patrol inspections and random sampling at each critical stage, monitoring process parameters closely. Any quality deviation is identified and corrected immediately, ensuring that defective parts are never passed on to the next process.
Final Inspection（FQC/OQC）
