We standardly hold ±0.01mm for CNC milling and turning. For critical features, we can hold ±0.005mm with our 5-axis machines and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Full dimensional reports are provided for every batch.

We have no strict MOQ. We accept 1 piece for prototype validation. For mass production, typical MOQ is 100 pieces to optimize unit cost. We are a true "low volume manufacturing" partner.

Metals: Aluminum (6061, 7075), Stainless Steel (304, 316L), Brass, Copper, Titanium, Magnesium. Plastics: PEEK, Delrin (POM), Nylon, PTFE. We can also source special alloys. Material certificates (SGS/EN 10204) are provided.

Standard prototypes ship in 3-5 business days. Simple parts can be expedited to 24-48 hours. Mass production usually takes 10-15 days after sample approval. We have an in-house logistics team to handle DHL, FedEx, and sea freight.

You only pay for the actual machining cost and shipping for the first prototype. This cost is fully deducted when you proceed to mass production. We do not send free stock samples because every part is custom-made for you.

Anodizing (clear, colored, hard coat), passivation, electroplating (nickel, chrome, zinc), powder coating, bead blasting, brushing, and polishing. We have stable partner plants ensuring consistent color and quality.

Our QC process includes incoming material inspection, first-article inspection (FAI), in-process spot checks, and final 100% visual/dimensional check. We use Zeiss CMM, 2D projector, and hardness testers. ISO 9001 standard is strictly followed.

Absolutely. We take IP protection seriously. We sign your NDA before you send any drawings. Our factory network is isolated, and sensitive files are accessed only by authorized engineers.

Step (.stp), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), PDF with dimensions, or even a hand sketch. 3D STEP files are preferred for fast and accurate quoting.

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal (for small amounts). Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. For new partnerships, Trade Assurance is recommended.
